INCOSE System Engineering Handbook 4.0 just released which will be used as the basis going forward for the ASEP and CSEP testing for Certification. The tutorial will be conducted by David Walden, an INCOSE ESEP and owner of Sysnovation. The one day tutorial covers an overview of the handbook and will be held on @ ASU on Saturday March 19th, 2016.
