The International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) is pleased to announce the establishment of the INCOSE Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to advance the development and image of systems engineering.  The Foundation was incorporated as an independent organization in 2004 and received its tax exempt status as a public charity from the US Internal Revenue Service in September 2005.

The Foundation Board is chaired by John Snoderly, past president of INCOSE.  Other INCOSE members of the Board include Bill Ewald, Chief Executive Officer; Bob Kenely, Treasurer; Bill Miller, Secretary; Stephen Cook; and David Wright.  There are two other Board members who are not from INCOSE.  They are Ira Blatstein – Director of Strategic Planning Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory and Mary Lacey – Program Executive Officer of the National Security Personnel System.  Holly Witte of UMS will support the administrative needs of the Board.
