Abstract:
SE measurement and the accompanying analysis are fundamental elements of SE and technical management. SE measurement supports realistic planning, provides insight into actual performance, and facilitates assessment of suitable actions.
Over the past 15 years INCOSE and Practical Software and Systems Measurement (PSM) have been working collaboratively to advance the state of measurement practice for Systems Engineering. This webinar will describe PSM and its relationship with INCOSE, how measurement helps provide insight, actions that have helped to shape the industry, and recent developments. Opportunities for collaboration and involvement will also be discussed.
