Prof. Gary La Point from Syracuse University gave a short talk on Productivity and Metrics in front of INCOSE Singapore Chapter members. 

Company spend lot of efforts and resources on training and conducting process implement initiatives. They re-engineer process but seldom are the metrics ever addressed. This brief presentation will look at the productivity and the design of metrics.

The event was held on June 26th, 2018 evening, at Singapore Institute of Technology.
