Abstract:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is all the buzz these days, but what is the best way to apply AI to product development? That is the focus of this discussion. We will dive into the potential upsides and downsides of this powerful technology, including trust.

Biography
Ms. Sue Hallen is an Independent Consultant focused on Innovation, Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property.

Her expertise ranges from Innovation/Product Development to Geographic Information Systems to Intellectual Property to Artificial Intelligence applications across multiple industries. She has significant experience in Process Transformation and Engineering Processes.

Ms. Hallen has a broad 40+ year background based in engineering and design, and for the past 15 years focused on both AI asset implementations and Intellectual Property Licensing/Management. She retired from IBM in Dec 2021. She was a member of the IBM Industry Academy for Electronics. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural (Civil) Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration in addition to being a Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States.
