Intended Audience

The conference targets systems engineers, industrial engineers, and process engineers working in a range of problem domains, as well as university students interested in pursuing systems engineering or a related field.  HRA-INCOSE seeks to foster exchange of ideas and experience between practitioners, faculty members at regional universities and colleges, post-graduate students pursuing master’s and doctoral work, as well as undergraduate students new to “systems thinking.”  Presentation topics may include, but are not limited to:

• Case studies explaining actual systems engineering problems, • Empirical research in the field of Systems Engineering
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) application and challenges,
• Systems engineering procedures and skills,
• Managing risks and opportunities,
• Lessons learned from application of tools and methods,
