Abstract:  As hardware systems grow in complexity and development timelines compress, the limitations of legacy requirements engineering tools have become increasingly apparent. In this demo, Janis Vavere, co-founder of Trace.Space, introduces the founding journey behind the world’s first AI-native requirements management platform and outlines a vision for bringing requirements and systems engineering into the AI age. The demo explores how Trace.Space reimagines core processes such as traceability, change impact analysis, duplication detection, and standards compliance by embedding artificial intelligence directly into the engineering workflow. By shifting requirements from static documentation to an intelligent, dynamic system asset, this AI-native approach enables faster iteration, greater alignment across teams, and improved system outcomes.
