The Board of Directors of the INCOSE Chicagoland Chapter has presented the Chicagoland Chapter’s Outstanding Leadership Award to Mr. Randy Iliff for his many years of outstanding contributions to the INCOSE Chicagoland Chapter, including: being a Founding Chapter Member, presenting multiple Seminars/presentations at various events, and providing special wisdom and guidance to the Chapter Board and Chapter membership.
