Meaghan O'Neil was installed as INCOSE's, not the chapter's Treasurer.

On Saturday January 30, 2016 Meaghan O'Neil was installed at the INCOSE International Workshop as INCOSE's treasurer.  The chapter is very proud and thanks you for such dedicated service.
At the chapter level Meaghan was kind enough to make the arrangements to bring Duncan Kemp to Boston for our meeting on the 27th.  Again, thank you Meaghan.
