Enter at the booth off of Aviation (N of El Segundo Blvd). The guard will direct you to parking at the front of the building. Enter the front door and guard will badge you in (you need to be registered – see link above). When you arrive please wait in The Aerospace Lobby in Building D8 please check in with Security, you will need to present identification and a visitor badge will be issued. An Aerospace Corp employee will then escort you to the conference room.

The facility is the third building from the corner of Aviation and El Segundo, just north of the discount bakery outlet. The facility has 4 gates, but only the southern-most gate is open. Identify yourself to the security guard as attending the INCOSE meeting. You can park where Security directs and enter through the lobby at the center of the building where the flag poles are. Knock on the first of the double doors, and someone will open the door for you. The handicap ramp is on the north side and can be reached by driving all the way around the back of the building. Inform the security guard if you plan to use that ramp.

Over the course of the year, INCOSE-LA hosts a series of engaging events for the systems engineering community. See our Roadmap for these events, which include conferences, speaker meetings, tutorials, and workshops. So, don't miss out on these opportunities!

We accommodate two different types of Conferences: Conference on Systems Engineering Research (CSER) and mini-conferences. CSER is our biggest conference event, bringing together practioners and researchers from all around the world to one central location to voice their thoughts and ideas on the subject of systems engineering. CSER subjects can range from system architectures to systems of systems. On the other end of the spectrum, mini-conferences are an abbreviated version of CSER. We host intimate one-day mini-conference events, which include a few keynote speakers, technical presentations, and a panel discussion.

Additionally, we offer Speaker Meetings, Tutorials, and Workshops. Each product is designed for a specific purpose and audience. Speaker Meetings are dynamic, educational technical presentations that can be broadcast through the web to reach a broader audience. Tutorials are skill-enhancing sessions for the participating members, who wish to expand their current systems engineering skill set. Workshops are intense sessions designed to reinforce the methods and concepts of systems engineering and empower the creative minds to transform the gained systems engineering knowledge into practice.
