"INCOSE’s Systems Engineering Competency Assessment Guide” by Clifford Whitcomb, Ph.D. The Systems Engineering Competency Assessment Guide was developed by the Competency Working Group and published by Wiley in January 2023. The book defines a set of 37 competency areas spanning the systems engineering discipline. It provides extensive guidance on the evaluation of these competencies, with information for individuals and organizations on how to identify and assess competence.
Biography:
Clifford Whitcomb, PhD, is an INCOSE Fellow and Chair of the INCOSE Competency Working Group (CWG). He is a Professor in the Systems Engineering Program at Cornell University and a Distinguished Professor Emeritus from the Naval Postgraduate School.
