Prof. Gary La Point from Syracuse University will give a short talk on Productivity and Metrics in front of INCOSE Singapore Chapter members. Company spend lot of efforts and resources on training and conducting process implement initiatives. They re-engineer process but seldom are the metrics ever addressed. This brief presentation will look at the productivity and the design of metrics.
