Claribel Wendling

ClaribelWendlingClaribel Wendling is a systems engineering leader with a strong background in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Engineering in Systems Engineering at Colorado State University, building on her master’s degree from the University of Virginia. Throughout her career at Lockheed Martin and other organizations, Claribel has led efforts to integrate systems, tools, and processes across complex environments, supporting both technical excellence and stakeholder collaboration.

Brad Granderson

Mr. Brad Granderson, ESEP, works as a Systems Engineering lead and manager for a large government contractor supporting the DoD, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. With over 25 years of experience in system design and analysis, operations and sustainment, he continues to provide Systems Engineering leadership within the space community. He has worked supporting NASA, Commercial aviation, as well as Space Force, Air Force, Army and Navy supporting critical human spaceflight systems, ground- based space architecture, and satellite communications. He holds both a B.S and M.S. degree from Louisiana Tech in Biomedical Engineering. He is also an INCOSE-certified Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP), currently serves as the Vice President for the Colorado Front Range chapter of INCOSE and is a member of the Requirements; Agile Systems and Systems Engineering; Training; and Space Systems Working Groups. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping and kayaking with his wife of 23 years, and son and daughter whenever possible.

Andrew Robinson

In late 2019, Andrew joined Lockheed Martin in Denver, CO. At Lockheed, he currently serves as a System Architect and Lead System Engineer, focusing on government satellite programs. Andrew is a Qualified System Architect and an Associate Fellow at Lockheed Martin and is an International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from York College of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, where his graduate research focused on optical techniques for reactive and non-reactive flow diagnostics under the mentorship of Norm Laurendeau and Bob Lucht.

James Adams

JimAdamsCSUDr. Jim Adams is an Associate Professor in Systems Engineering at Colorado State University, teaching large system costs, and space systems mission engineering. Dr Adams has more than 20 years of systems engineering experience in Department of Defense satellite and aircraft systems. He also supported the in-process measurement industry as a Product Manager and Marketing Engineer.  He received a Ph.D. in Engineering from Wright State University, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Air Force Institute of Technology and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. He is an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineer Professional (CSEP).

Valkand Jhaveri

VJ is an Assistant Director for INCOSE America’s Sector Events and Industry Outreach for INCOSE. He is a retired aerospace engineer, working at Lockheed Martin for over 30+ years and active in INCOSE for the last 25 years. He actively mentors young college and STEM Schools students. VJ has 30+ years of experience in Requirements, Documents, Planning, Process, Design, Integration and Testing.

Harington Lee

Harington Lee is a systems engineering professional at Sierra Nevada Corporation where he is the Deputy Architect on an Air Force program. Harington has more than 9 years of systems engineering experience across multiple defense and aerospace programs. He currently is a co-chair of the Systems Science Working Group and is leading the Heuristics effort. He holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.S in Systems Engineering from George Washington University. He also is an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).
