Model Based Systems Engineering - 3 Ways

Abstract: Model based systems engineering (MBSE) enables a unique view of the world around us – whether we’re analyzing technical, natural, or social systems.  In this presentation, we will explore three uses of MBSE to explore simulation of a representative technical system, describe sustainability initiatives, and evaluate social issues like homelessness.  We will discuss essential principles in MBSE and discuss how those basic principles are key to building effective models.
