INCOSE Orlando Chapter Meeting: Town Hall Discussion – Hosted by Dr. Kelly Neville, President Elect

This month we haves something a little different planned, instead of a presentation for our chapter, our INCOSE chapter leadership is hosting a town-hall meeting to have a 2-way dialog with our membership and friends of INCOSE.
MEETING AGENDA:
- Introduction of the INCOSE Orlando Board of Directors
- Current State of INCOSE (membership stats, new document releases, report from the International Symposium)
- MIT-INCOSE collaboration
- Update on CPAG meeting
- Our website development
- Student Division
- General Discussion: “What do you want from your Orlando Chapter of INCOSE?”
- Other issues (other than monthly meetings)
Dr. Kelly Neville is a Senior Research Psychologist with the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Rice University and, prior to joining NAWCTSD, worked in academia, industry, and the Air Force Research Laboratory. Dr. Neville has a rich experience base in research and design aimed at enhancing human and team performance in complex systems. She specializes in proficiency and expertise acquisition, training system design, supporting cognitive performance in high stress work, and improving team coordination. A related area of interest is complex systems and their resilience, and the improvement of systems engineering methods to better support the design and development of resilient sociotechnical systems. Her most recent research and design efforts addressed human-machine interfaces and training systems in the domains of remotely piloted aircraft (RPA), air combat, and petro-chemical operations.
