Welcome to the Team!

The INCOSE Great Lakes North-Central (GLNC) Region's meetings and events are planned and managed using an inclusive volunteer team-based approach, with input from all stakeholders.

Conference Program Content Portal

The INCOSE GLNC Regional Conference has used the EasyChair conference management system to manage its technical program related material for over a decade. Likewise, the Annual INCOSE International Symposium (IS), has used EasyChair for nearly two decades. If you already have an EasyChair account you can log in using your existing account UserName and Password. If not, it takes just a few minutes to create an EasyChair account.

Portal for Authors, Speakers, Panelists, Instructors and Reviewers

GLNC conference program material, including abstracts, presenter/instructor bios and photos, PowerPoint presentation slides, Intellectual Property (IP) forms, are managed using EasyChair. EasyChair, established in 2002, is recognized as the world's largest and most trusted engineering and scientific conference management system, with web traffic exceeding 21 million pages per month, over 3.9 million users, and over 100,000 conferences. Whether submitting an initial abstract, uploading new or revised material, or logging to perform a peer review, you can click on the button below to access the GLNC's EasyChair conference management site directly.

Event Planning and Management

The INCOSE Great Lakes North-Central (GLNC) regional level meeting and event activities are planned and implemented by INCOSE volunteers, and governed by applicable INCOSE Policies, particularly those for Committee, Sector, Chapter and Event management. The GLNC's regional conference is scheduled in coordination with, and under the guidance of, the INCOSE Global Events Portfolio Management Subcommittee, which meets monthly.

Meet the INCOSE GLNC Regional Event Management Team

INCOSE GLNC Regional activities are planned and managed by a dedicated core team of INCOSE Student, Regular and Senior Member volunteers recruited from (a) supporting INCOSE chapters, student divisions, and working groups (WGs), and (b) volunteers from the INCOSE Americas Sector, Outreach, Marketing and Communications (MARCOM), and Global Events Portfolio Management teams. The (expanded) team additionally includes liaison members from the INCOSE Corporate Advisory Board (CAB) and Academic Council, and, at times, INCOSE staff and contracted services.
