Our technical program will consist of a presentation and working session led by CoA member Bill Schindel regarding "INCOSE Vision 2035 on SE Theoretical Foundations: Implications for SE Practice, Education and Research".  Please pre-read this file (link) and be prepared to share additional thoughts and implications during the program.
