North Texas Chapter

The North Texas Chapter of INCOSE (International Council of System Engineering) is centered in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of north Texas and is open to those interested or practicing systems engineering.  


Promote, educate, and mentor on Systems Engineering standards and practices to strengthen the North Texas Systems Engineering industry.


Serve as a professional organization that is the regional focal point for Systems Engineering resources, development, and awareness.

Dates: September 21-22 (Monday-Tuesday), 2020

Keynotes theme: Digital Transformation in Complex Systems Engineering

Call for Papers: articles of any subjects related to all complex systems: information, IT, industrial, mechanical, electronical, macro-project, enterprise organizational or digital transformation systems all concerned (main domains and topics described below). The submission is now opened and available until the 7 Feb. 2020Selected papers will be published by Springer Verlag and referenced by DBLP, EI, ISI and Scopus.
